Classic Gin Cocktails

The Monkey Gland

1 1/2 oz. Gin
1 1/2 oz. Orange juice
2 tsp. Absinthe or Pernod
2 tsp. Grenadine syrup
Paradise

45 ml gin
30 ml apricot brandy
30 ml fresh orange juice
Shake. Serve in cocktail glass and garnish with a thin orange wedge.
