From Wikipedia
Kelly Price (born April 4, 1973, Queens, New York, United States) is an American R&B and soul singer, formerly on the Def Soul label.
Price first made a name for herself as a backing and guest vocalist, appearing on a number of hit singles such as Mariah Carey‘s “Fantasy“, The Notorious B.I.G.‘s “Mo Money Mo Problems“, and Whitney Houston‘s “Heartbreak Hotel“. She has also sung background vocals for Faith Evans, Aretha Franklin, Brian McKnight and SWV and R. Kelly .
She issued her debut album, Soul of a Woman, in 1997 on Island Records, which contained the hit single “Friend of Mine”. A “Friend of Mine” remix, also included on the album, featured R. Kelly and Ronald Isley. Isley takes on the role of Price’s Godfather, ‘Mr. Biggs’, who takes Price’s husband (played by R. Kelly) to task for cheating on Price with her best friend. The “Friend of Mine” remix was a #1 hit on the U.S. R&B chart.
Just want to send my love to Barry for standing in for me and to say thanks for all the love wishes from our Wee Team Family & Friends! Enjoy your Friday!

Thank you. Diaries like this is one of the main reasons I don't frequent the site. Bunch of whining, kvetching, bitching, moaning dilettants that want gay marriage to be available like a side of fries at Mickey D's. If it were that easy, the black community would be sitting pretty.

Diaries like that and this stupid ass boycott or “pause-cott” or whatever the hell it is being pushed by the lunatic netroots nuts are why I could give less than a damn about gay marriage, DADT, or anything else on the gay agenda. To hell with'em if this is the mentality. I dont see masses of gay people organizing any damn thing of substance to get people to understand the issues and I live in ATLANTA. All I see is the whining and shrilling of bloggers with way too much time on their damn hands and divroced from the reality of where their issues really stand in the grand scheme of things. These idle threats dont mean SQUAT. They act like President Obama needed their asses to raise money the first go round. No hell he didnt.
I cant stand these micky-ficks, I really can't. I am DONE with bothering to even think about their issues..completely and unequivocally DONE.
